When Roofing or Re-roofing your home, it is important to take a long term view in regard to cost. Cheap up front costs are not always going to save you money in the long term.

Ask about the Warrantees offered and to see the tradesmen license. Otherwise you may have to replace the roof in a few years, probably at your own cost.
